📦 1. Our Mistake? 100% Free Replacement
If you accidentally receive a defective piece, damaged apparel, or a misprinted design, you don't need to stress. Simply email us a clear photo of the product within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a brand-new piece to you, no questions asked. The cost is entirely on us.
📏 2. Size & Fit (Own Your Look)
Because every Larzaa piece is freshly and exclusively printed on-demand the moment you place your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "sizing issues" or a "change of mind."
Pro Tip: Always double-check our detailed Size Chart before placing your order. An Alpha knows their exact fit.
⏳ 3. The 7-Day Action Window
If you notice any genuine issue (damage/defect) with your package, you must inform us exactly within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Our system will not accept requests beyond this window. We respect time, and we know you do too.

In the rare event that we cannot provide a replacement (e.g., if a specific blank tee goes completely out of stock), we will initiate a 100% refund to your original payment method. The funds will securely reflect in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
