This website is operated under the legal entity Elesiyan Italier. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Larzaa and Elesiyan Italier. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (The Code of Conduct).
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. The 1% club operates on mutual respect and strict rules.

Prices for our premium gear are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or drop thereof) without notice at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. All products are exclusive and subject to limited stock availability.
SECTION 3 - THE EXCHANGE (Billing & Account Information)
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. An Alpha takes responsibility for providing the correct shipping coordinates.
SECTION 4 - THE VOW (Prohibited Uses)

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in  Civil line Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
